Back in September 2019, Uprise Energy’s CEO Jonathan Knight was selected to be a presenter at the 24th World Energy Congress in Abu Dhabi. This is an event put on by the World Energy Council, which is the world’s largest and most influential energy event covering all aspects of the energy agenda. It is an event which takes place every three years, and it started in 1924. The 2019 event was attended by over 18,000 attendees from 146 countries. This includes world leaders, tech giants, and organizations which focus on identifying innovative startup companies.

StartupTV is an organization which produces news about startups, technology and innovation. They interviewed Mr. Knight at the World Energy Congress, and recently published a wonderful video on their blog featuring Uprise Energy and our Portable Wind Turbine.
