🌬️✨ Exciting times for Uprise Energy! Last week, we had the incredible opportunity to attend the #ExpedientBasing challenge hosted by the US Air Force in Las Vegas. A few months ago, we were honored to be among the select few invited to contribute to the development of this innovative challenge.
With over 800 applications received by AFWERX and the USAF, the competition was fierce. Only a handful of companies made it to the second Spiral, and Uprise Energy was thrilled to be one of them. 🚀
The event showcased a spectrum of groundbreaking solutions - from portable kitchens to security robots, and even moisture-wicking nanofibers. Uprise Energy stood out with our 15kW portable wind turbine - a mobile nano-grid that can be described as a self-recharging large portable battery, harnessing power from both wind and sun. The response we received was overwhelmingly positive! ☀️💨
Our booth became a hub of activity, attracting numerous visitors from the USAF, other divisions of the US Federal Government, and the Disaster Relief sector. It was enlightening to engage with government representatives and other innovators who had done their background research and were eager to learn more about our technology.
We are immensely proud to have been a part of such a dynamic and forward-thinking event. A big thank you to AFWERX and the USAF for not only the invitation but also for flawlessly organizing this challenge. We're excited for what the future holds and are committed to continuing our journey of innovation and sustainability. 🌏💡
