Carbon Offset in Terms of Trees

We are often asked to provide evidence showing the benefits of using our Mobile Power Station. The request is commonly focused on the financial aspects, but occasionally people want to know how much it can help the environment.

To answer this question, we decided to find a way to put it into terms that will resonate with people. We chose to put it into terms of trees. More specifically, how many trees would you have to plant to equal the same amount of of CO2 mitigation as using one of our clean energy Mobile Power Stations instead of a diesel generator.

The quick answer is for every year of operation, 74.8 metric tonnes of CO2 will not be put into the atmosphere or 1500 metric tonnes over 20 years. This is the equivalent of planting 69,000 trees and this is just for one Mobile Power Station of which we will deploy thousands in the coming years.
